At Sakthi Marbles & Granites, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that all our marble, granite, tiles, and stone products meet high-quality standards. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

• Items received are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• Products are unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

• Original invoice and packaging are available.

Materials that have been cut, installed, or modified cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-cut or customized marble/granite orders

• Clearance or discounted products

• Natural variation in color, texture, or pattern (as stone products naturally vary)

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

• Shipping, handling, and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in cases of:

• Manufacturing defects

• Transit damage

• Incorrect product delivery

Replacement products will be dispatched after verification and approval.

Damaged Products

Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery. Any visible damage should be reported immediately or within 48 hours with photographic proof.
